Shipping policy

Every mug we make is designed to delight — and we work hard to get them to your door safely and quickly. Here’s how we handle shipping for both consumer and wholesale orders.
For Consumer Orders (U.S. Only)
- Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days
- Carriers: USPS or UPS
- Rates: Automatically calculated at checkout
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
For Wholesale Orders
- Processing time: Orders ship within 1–4 weeks, depending on volume
- Rush service: Available on request — contact us for details
- Carriers: UPS
- Shipping cap: We cap wholesale shipping costs at 15% of the order total
For Canadian Wholesale Accounts
We’ve partnered with Kalyn Imports LTD for over 10 years to distribute our mugs across Canada. They appreciate good art — and they’re excellent to work with.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, reach out to us at contact@mugexp.com. We’ll help make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If there’s an issue with a shipment due to an incorrect address, we’ll do what we can — but we can’t guarantee rerouting once it’s shipped.
