We Guarantee 100% Satisfaction
If we made a mistake on your mug — whether it’s a misprint, damage during shipping, or something else on our end — we’ll replace it or issue a refund. No hassle.
If you accidentally broke your mug or something unexpected happened, reach out anyway. We’re humans, and we’ll do our best to help make it right.
What to Do
Email us at contact@mugexp.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (if possible)
- A short description of the problem
We'll typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Custom Mugs Are Unique
Because every mug is made just for you, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges. But again — if there’s any issue with quality or your experience, let us know and we’ll work with you.
Timing
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your mug so we can help while everything’s still fresh.
We believe in creating mugs that tell stories, spark smiles, and make moments better. If your order didn’t deliver on that promise, we’ll fix it.
