1. Order & Account Information

When you place an order or create an account, we collect details like:

  • Payment info (processed securely via Shopify and Shop Pay — we don’t store this directly)

2. Device & Browsing Info

We also collect technical details like:

  • Your IP address, browser type, time zone, and how you interact with our site
  • Cookie data that helps us keep your cart updated and improve your experience

This combined data helps us better serve you. We refer to it as Personal Information.

We do not currently send SMS marketing messages.

Kids Are Welcome

We don’t collect data specifically from children, but if a young designer wants to create a custom mug with a parent’s help, we think that’s awesome. Our site is friendly for all ages.
